A Fan's My Show Planner Walkthrough

Creating a My Show Planner Account:

  1. Go to the My Show Planner Login page of the website and click "SIGN ME UP"

  2. Enter in all the fields on the Registration Page, and click Submit.

Adding Exhibitors to My Show Planner:

From the Exhibitor Search Or Panel Search

  1. Go to the Exhibitor Search page or the Panel Search page.

  2. You can either search for an Exhibitor by name or find them in the alphabetical listing on the page. Or you can search for a panel by date, track, or type.
  3. Then click the Add to My Show checkbox.

Your Personal List

  1. Log into My Show Planner.
  2. In the My Saved Exhibitors section you will see your personal list of exhibitors. Or My Event Calendar for your list of sessions.

  3. From here you can print your list, remove exhibitors/panels, add notes. You can also share your list by clicking on the link at the top.
  4. To add notes click "SEE ALL SAVED EXHIBITORS" and then click the "Add" in the Show Notes column.
