Fans of all ages from all over the world will come together to celebrate the cultural phenomenon, Star Wars. Star Wars Celebration revels in the excitement of new movies, television shows, books, art, and comics while also commemorating the vast history of the Star Wars universe. Star Wars Celebration has something special for every kind of Star Wars fan!
Star Wars Celebration is a four day event filled with major announcements, immersive exhibits, an interactive show floor, screenings, exclusive merchandise, celebrity guests, panels, autograph sessions, fan-inspired activities, costumes, and other surprises celebrating all things Star Wars! Star Wars Celebration is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience where memories are made, families are brought together, old friends are reunited, and new friendships forged — all in the setting of the ever-evolving Star Wars universe.
Beginning with Star Wars Celebration V, Star Wars Celebrations have been produced by Lucasfilm in cooperation with ReedPop. ReedPop also runs New York Comic Con, C2E2, PAX, and many more events all over the world. All Star Wars Celebrations are official events produced in partnership with and under the authorization of Lucasfilm Ltd.

The Star Wars Celebrations ticket mailing deadline is February 12th 2023.
Once your badge arrives, we highly encourage you to activate it (your badge is the physical ticket you wear around the event!) prior to Star Wars Celebration to gain access to the onsite reservation system and exciting limited events and opportunities. If you purchase your badge after the shipping deadline, you will need to pick it up onsite at Will Call in the Registration Area.. Will Call location and pick up times will be available closer to the show!
LYTE TICKET EXCHANGE:
Follow the steps on the LYTE ticket exchange page to set up the sale. When and if (based on demand) your order is fulfilled, the tickets will be transferred and your account with be credited.
You will be prompted to fill out a request form on the exchange page. When and if (based on availability) your order is fulfilled, the tickets will be transferred into your name and your account will be charged.

ACCESSIBILITY
Star Wars Celebration will have dedicated entry points at the West Entrance for accessible queuing. If you are walking over from the Aloft or Doubletree Hotel, you should take the (Docklands Light Railway) DLR and alight at Custom House. Do not alight at Prince Regent. The East Entrance via Prince Regent will be closed for the duration of Star Wars Celebration.
We will update our website with maps and more information as we get closer to the event. Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub - located at Registration/Will Call - immediately after entering the event to request the accessible accommodations and services you need.
The venue is navigable for patrons with mobility disabilities. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, and all other activity areas.
We encourage all patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Customers/attendees are permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes into the event. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices.
There are a limited number of scooters available for rental at the convention center. Please note it is not possible to pre-book wheelchairs as they are available on a first come, first served basis. A form of ID (such as a driving license, a passport, etc.) will be held as surety for the daily period of the loan. Please reach out to info@excel.london to inquire about availability.
There will be dedicated accessible queuing located throughout Star Wars Celebration, including the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage, Twin Suns Stage, and Show Store. Please look for signage when you arrive. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes prior to a panel start time to join the dedicated queue.
Please Note: All D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent attendees wishing to use the accessibility provision must stop here on their arrival to attain their Access Sticker. An Access Sticker will allow guests to utilize accessible seating areas and use accessible queues. Access Stickers will be distributed at the Star Wars Celebration Registration area. Accessibility credentials are free of charge and will grant you access to the accessibility services required on account of a disability.
At the Accessibility Hub, you can:
- Request accommodations and services you require.
- Get your accessible questions answered.
- Receive your accessibility credential.
Accessibility Sticker Policies
- Access Stickers are valid for the entire duration of the event.
- Please DO NOT remove your accessibility credential at any point during the event.
- Access customers may request an Access Sticker for one companion if needed (exceptions will be made for families with young children).
- If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion credential to the Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued.
