Fans of all ages from all over the world will come together to celebrate the cultural phenomenon, Star Wars. Star Wars Celebration revels in the excitement of new movies, television shows, books, art, and comics while also commemorating the vast history of the Star Wars universe. Star Wars Celebration has something special for every kind of Star Wars fan!

Star Wars Celebration is a four day event filled with major announcements, immersive exhibits, an interactive show floor, screenings, exclusive merchandise, celebrity guests, panels, autograph sessions, fan-inspired activities, costumes, and other surprises celebrating all things Star Wars! Star Wars Celebration is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience where memories are made, families are brought together, old friends are reunited, and new friendships forged — all in the setting of the ever-evolving Star Wars universe.

Beginning with Star Wars Celebration V, Star Wars Celebrations have been produced by Lucasfilm in cooperation with ReedPop. ReedPop also runs New York Comic Con, C2E2, PAX, and many more events all over the world. All Star Wars Celebrations are official events produced in partnership with and under the authorization of Lucasfilm Ltd.

All badges have shipped! For all those who purchased by the February 12 ticket mailing deadline, you should receive your badges in the mail before the event. For those who purchased after the ticket mailing deadline, your badges may be picked up at Will Call/Onsite Pick-Up. The Onsite Pick-up location is found in the North Event Hall at N6.

If for any reason the Dark Side interferes and your badges don’t arrive in the mail before the event, make your way to Badge Pick-Up with your confirmation email (the receipt with your QR code!) and your photo ID. We review your tracking information and replace badges that have been lost in the mail or did not arrive in time. 

If you didn’t receive your pre-purchased merchandise in the mail, please contact customer service at starwarscelebrationldn.helpline@rxglobal.com, and our customer support team will gladly assist you.

TICKETS

Yes! Once your badge arrives in the mail or you pick it up at the show, we strongly encourage you to activate it (your badge is the physical ticket you wear around the event!). By activating your badge, you can interact with show features, exhibitors, and so much more. CLICK HERE to activate your badge today!

Please keep your badges safe and secure at all times, lost badges may be replaced for full retail value. 

Badge activation is easy! You will need your full name, email, and activation code - located on the back of your physical badge beneath the QR code.

Unfortunately, tickets are already speeding out across the galaxy and we cannot change tickets that were Will Call to advance badge shipping. 

All badges for Star Wars Celebration have shipped. If you have not received your badge, please visit Registration/Badge Pick-Up when you arrive.  Onsite Pick-Up is located in the North Hall at N6. You will need a photo ID and your badge purchase receipt. Staff at registration will check your address and tracking number to ensure arrival was not completed. 

We’re sorry to hear you received the wrong badge, but we will happily replace it for the correct badge when you arrive onsite. Please bring the incorrect badge to Registration/Onsite Badge Pick-Up located in the North Event Hall at N6.

Only badges that were purchased prior to February 12 were shipped in advance.

If you purchased your badge prior to February 12 and did not receive it in the mail, please visit Badge Pick-Up located in the North Event Hall at N6. Our team will look up your order and provide you with additional information. Shipping refund requests may be approved after Star Wars Celebration, and refunds will not be given out onsite. 

Please keep your badge safe and secure at all times! You will have to pay full price for a lost or misplaced badge replacement.

LIGHTSPEED LANE RESERVATION

Lightspeed Lane reservations are guaranteed shopping time slots for the Star Wars Celebration Show Store and Funko both only. All reservations are currently at capacity. For more information, please click here.

Lightspeed Lane reservations are a reserved shopping time slot only. They do not guarantee purchase of any specific items. Some items may be sold out prior to your Lightspeed Lane reservation. 

If you have a Lightspeed Lane reservation, bring the QR code confirmation email to the Show Store or Funko booth no more than 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Look for signage that says “Lightspeed Lane” or as a staff member for assistance. 

For those who were unable to obtain a Lightspeed Lane reservation, you will still have an opportunity to shop at the Show Store and Funko Booth via standby lines!  Standby lines onsite are first-come, first-served, and will be capped once capacity is reached.

The Funko Booth standby lanes will open after 1:00 PM, Friday - Monday onsite at Star Wars Celebration. You may not queue for the standby lane at the Funko booth prior to 1:00 PM daily. 

Standby lines for the Show Store will open after 10:30 AM Friday – Monday onsite at Star Wars Celebration. You may not queue for the Official Show Store Line prior to 10:30 AM daily.

Of course! If you have made a Show Store or Funko booth reservation, you may bring your child with you.

We’re sorry, but Lightspeed Lane reservations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a different time slot. There will be standby lines at the Show Store and Funko booth if you are unable to make your reservation.

The Funko Booth standby lanes will open after 12:30 PM, Friday - Monday onsite at Star Wars Celebration. You may not queue for the standby lane at the Funko booth prior to 12:30 PM daily. 

Standby lines for the Show Store will open after 10:30 AM Friday – Monday onsite at Star Wars Celebration. You may not queue for the Official Show Store Line prior to 10:30 AM daily.

PANEL RESERVATIONS AND STANDBY

The following panels were part of the panel selection opportunity and are currently at capacity:

  • Lucasfilm’s Studio Showcase - Friday, April 7 at 11:00 AM
  • Ahsoka - Saturday, April 8 at 11:00 AM
  • Villains of the Sequel Trilogy - Sunday, April 9 at 11:00 AM
  • A Look Back at Obi-Wan Kenobi - Sunday April 9 at 1:30 PM
  • Star Wars: The Bad Batch - Monday, April 10 at 11:00 AM

All other panels at Star Wars Celebration will be first-come, first-serve. We encourage you to arrive at a panel queue at least 30 - 45 minutes prior to the start time to join the standby line.

Panel admission is not guaranteed and you may not request a refund for your badge if you are unable to attend a panel onsite. 

If you were selected for a panel, your badged child (age 6-17) should have been included at the time you submitted interest. Minors age 6 and older are required to have a badge to attend Star Wars Celebration and were eligible to participate in the panel selection process.

Children age 5 and under may attend the panel with an adult. However the child must sit on the adult’s lap during the panel and is not eligible for their own reserved seat. 

If you entered the panel opportunity process prior to the deadline and were selected for a panel, you or your group purchaser would have received an email confirmation on March 27.

You can also log in to your Growtix account to see if you were selected for a panel opportunity.

For those who were not awarded a panel opportunity, there will be standby lines onsite at the Celebration, Galaxy, and Twin Suns stages. Standby lanes are limited in space and will officially close once capacity is reached. If you choose to wait in a standby lane for one of these panels, please note that we CANNOT guarantee admittance to the panels. Standby lanes are extra opportunities without certainty.

Panel admission is not guaranteed and you may not request a refund for your badge if you are unable to attend a panel onsite. 

Important information to redeem your panel selection is included on the confirmation email you received. Make sure to read your confirmation carefully, as you may have been selected for the Celebration, Galaxy, OR Twin Suns stage.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 – 45 minutes prior to the start of the panel. When you arrive at the correct stage, look for signage that says “Reservations Queue” or ask a staff member for assistance. You will need your confirmation email and QR code to be scanned in to the panel. We encourage you to bring a printed copy of your QR code to avoid mobile phone connectivity issues in the queue hall.

If you have not checked in for your panel 15 minutes prior to the start time, you will lose your guaranteed seating.

Children under the age of 6 may attend with a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 6 will not have reserved seating, but may sit on the parent or guardian’s lap.

AT THE EVENT

All panels at Star Wars Celebration will be first come, first serve except for the panels listed below.

The panels above are at capacity and there will be very limited stand-by opportunities for these panels onsite.

If you are interested in attending any other panel at Star Wars Celebration, we encourage you to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the panel start time. Please look for signage that says “Stand By Queue” or ask a Staff member for assistance.

All panels at Star Wars Celebration have a maximum seating capacity. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend a panel regardless of the time you join the standby queue. Panel availability is not included in your ticket purchase and we are unable to offer a refund if you are unable to attend the panel you would like to see. We encourage you to arrive early for any panels that are your “must see” weekend event. The full panel schedule can be found here.

Jedi Master VIPs have priority access to all panels on the Celebration Stage. VIPs must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the panel or their set will be forfeited. VIPs do not have priority access at any other stage. 

Yes, all fans are subject to a bag check at the security checkpoints. 

One of the most exciting events at Star Wars Celebration, Droid Racing will be held on the Show Floor near booth N920.

Friday-Sunday:  11:00 AM -1:00 PM and 3:00 - 5:00 PM

Monday: 11:00 AM -1:00 PM and 2:30 - 4:00 PM

Each section will be split into 3 different segments, full size droid races, smaller 3D printed droids and small astromech droids. 

Please keep your badges safe and secure at all times, lost badges may be replaced onsite at Badge Pick-Up for full retail value. 

If you ordered merchandise after the shipping deadline, it will be available for onsite pick in the South Hall at S6 during show hours. Please bring your photo ID and proof of purchase.

You must pick up your own pre-ordered merchandise. We will not release merchandise to a friend or family member.

If you received a giveaway ticket during one of the many Star Wars Celebration panels over the weekend, you may redeem in at the North Hall in N2, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Monday.

Giveaway tickets are only valid for the day they were issued. For example, If you received a giveaway ticket on Saturday, please make sure you pick up your giveaway prior to the show closing at 7:00 PM. We cannot accommodate ticket redemptions the following day. 

Management shall have sole discretion in any matter that they believe may affect public safety or be important to protect the integrity of the event. Please review our entire weapons policy before attending Star Wars Celebration. Failure to adhere to our policy may result in your item being confiscated or your removal from the show without refund. If you’re bringing, buying or selling something that could maim, damage or cause serious bodily harm, we’re going to take issue. 

The following items are forbidden from Star Wars Celebration:

  • Functional firearms (this also includes air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)  
  • Realistic replica firearms (including reproduction, fake or toy guns that can be confused for functional firearms)  
  • Functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows, silly string, slingshots, water balloons and water guns)  
  • Sharpened metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatches, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, sword canes and switch blades)  
  • Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)  Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray)  
  • Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, hockey sticks, clubs, nunchaku, baseball bats)  Hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass and glass)
  • Hard prop weapons (including props made of metal, fiberglass and glass)
    • Please note: Metal Lightsaber hilts will be allowed at Star Wars Celebration but all misuse of any lightsaber props including but not limited to; unsafe lightsaber battles, fighting or physical harm, and/or destruction of property will result in immediate removal from the event.
  • Instruments that cause excessive noise levels like vuvuzelas, grenades, whistles and grenade horns  
  • Whips  
  • Aerosol mustard  

Prop weapons will be allowed providing they are composed of foam or cardboard only. Prop firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. The barrel of all prop weapons must be covered with brightly-colored caps. Prop bows will be allowed providing they have soft tips. 

LYTE TICKET EXCHANGE

Follow the steps on the LYTE ticket exchange page to set up the sale. When and if (based on demand) your order is fulfilled, the tickets will be transferred and your account with be credited. 

You will be prompted to fill out a request form on the exchange page. When and if (based on availability) your order is fulfilled, the tickets will be transferred into your name and your account will be charged.

ACCESSIBILITY

Star Wars Celebration will have dedicated entry points at the West Entrance for accessible queuing. If you are walking over from the Aloft or Doubletree Hotel, you should take the (Docklands Light Railway) DLR and alight at Custom House. Do not alight at Prince Regent. The East Entrance via Prince Regent will be closed for the duration of Star Wars Celebration.

We will update our website with maps and more information as we get closer to the event. Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub - located at Registration/Will Call -  immediately after entering the event to request the accessible accommodations and services you need.

The venue is navigable for patrons with mobility disabilities. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, and all other activity areas.

We encourage all patrons with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Customers/attendees are permitted to bring crutches, walkers, and canes into the event. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices.

There are a limited number of scooters available for rental at the convention center. Please note it is not possible to pre-book wheelchairs as they are available on a first come, first served basis. A form of ID (such as a driving license, a passport, etc.) will be held as surety for the daily period of the loan. Please reach out to info@excel.london to inquire about availability. 

There will be dedicated accessible queuing located throughout Star Wars Celebration, including the Celebration Stage, Galaxy Stage, Twin Suns Stage, and Show Store. Please look for signage when you arrive. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes prior to a panel start time to join the dedicated queue. 

Please Note: All D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent attendees wishing to use the accessibility provision must stop here on their arrival to attain their Access Sticker. An Access Sticker will allow guests to utilize accessible seating areas and use accessible queues. Access Stickers will be distributed at the Star Wars Celebration Registration area. Accessibility credentials are free of charge and will grant you access to the accessibility services required on account of a disability.

At the Accessibility Hub, you can:

  • Request accommodations and services you require.
  • Get your accessible questions answered.
  • Receive your accessibility credential.

Accessibility Sticker Policies

  • Access Stickers are valid  for the entire duration of the event.
  • Please DO NOT remove your accessibility credential at any point during the event.
  • Access customers may request an Access Sticker for one companion if needed (exceptions will be made for families with young children).
  • If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion credential to the Accessibility Services Hub to be reissued.

HOTEL AND TRAVEL

Ready to embark on your intergalactic adventure? Before you land at Star Wars Celebration, we encourage you to read the following information provided to you by the Jedi Council.

The Star Wars Celebration morning queue will open at 8:00 AM daily. Overnight queuing is not allowed. You may not queue or gather on the West Lawn or West Pyramid entrance prior to 8:00 AM. Fans attempting to queue prior to 8:00 AM will be asked to leave by security.

Star Wars Celebration will open at 10:00 AM daily, and 9:30 AM for Jedi Master VIPs.

At 8:00 AM all fans should enter via the North West Entry Gate near Custom House station. The West Entrance is closed to all fans except those with accessibility needs. Do not attempt to enter at the West Entrance.

  • If coming from the West end hotels, or arriving via rideshare, you must bypass the West Entrance and proceed towards the Custom House walkway. Please look for directional signage or ask a staff member for help.
  • From Custom House station, simply take the Custom House walkway and follow directional signage to the North West Entry Gate.
  • If you are coming from one of the hotels located on the East end, do not alight at Prince Regent! The Prince Regent East entrance to ExCeL will be closed for the duration of Star Wars Celebration. Please take the DLR and alight at Custom House.
  • If you choose to park at ExCeL, you will exit the parking park via dockside south and must continue past the West entrance to the North West Entry Gate. Please remember fans will not be allowed to enter at the West entrance. Follow directional signage to the Custom House walkway or ask a staff member for help.

Pre-ordered Star Wars Celebration Merchandise has shipped. If you ordered multiple items, be sure to check each product listing for specific shipping information - most items ship 2 - 6 weeks from time of order, however some items note that they will ship at a later date. All items in your order will ship together.

No, all merchandise will be available onsite at the Show Store only.

All Star Wars Celebration merchandise sales are final. Exchanges, refunds, or credits are not available. AUTOGRAPHS & PHOTO OPS

Photo ops at Star Wars Celebration allow for up to two adults and two kids per photo op ticket.

Given the limited space, and high volume, we don't have room for accompanying parties. The exception of course being parents/guardians of children and carers assisting others with accessibility needs.

No restock is planned.
