Ticket Transfers

To participate in our pre-show reservations for select panels and show store shopping experiences, you must transfer any tickets you buy for your friends or family to their unique email addresses. To do this, follow the steps below!

Ticket Transfers are only required if the person you are buying tickets for wants to participate in pre-show reservations. Otherwise, ticket transfers are not required. If you purchased a ticket for a family or a friend as a gift and you will not be attending Star Wars Celebration, you do NOT need to use ticket transfers. Instead, You must log into your “My Tickets” account and update the name and email on the order that the tickets were purchased for before April 1st in order to allow the recipient to collect the tickets onsite.

1.) Visit My Tickets and log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets. If you do not have a password, click Forgot Password and you will be prompted via email to create a new one.

2.) Once you are logged in, look for the Star Wars Celebration order and click the blue button that says Manage Star Wars Celebration Japan Profile.

3.) In your profile, click the link that says Transfer Items. A window will pop up that will allow you to enter your friend or family member’s email address and select the tickets you want to transfer. Please note: If you purchased a ticket for a family or a friend as a gift and you will not be attending Star Wars Celebration, you must log into your “My Tickets” account and update the name and email on the order that the tickets were purchased for before April 1st in order to allow the recipient to collect the tickets onsite. You can then proceed to the “Ticket Transfer” steps for pre-show reservations and show store shopping experiences by following the steps below.

If someone purchased your ticket for you and already transferred it to you, you will also log into My Tickets. Once you do, you will see a green bar at the top that says you have a transfer pending. Click on the link in that bar to accept your ticket transfer and follow the prompts.

A My Tickets account is created and automatically linked to the email address used when you complete your first purchase with ShowClix. As such, there is no way to create an account prior to ordering a ticket. However, this will not hinder your ability to purchase tickets when they become available.

To sign in to your account:

  1. Visit the My Tickets page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign in

*Pro-Tip: When logging in the first time, if you navigate directly to My Tickets instead of following the registration link sent via email, please select Forgot Your Password? on the log-in screen to create your initial password.
