New for 2023: Health and Safety Guidelines

Star Wars Celebration will have in place health & safety protocols and requirements to help support a safe and comfortable experience. Our team will continuously develop, review and update our requirements, ensuring that our protocols reflect the latest health & safety guidance. Every participant, including attendees, exhibitors, guests and staff must comply with the health & safety requirements in place at the time of Star Wars Celebration. A couple notes about tickets

  • All Star Wars Celebration 2023 tickets must be ordered online. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone.
  • You may purchase up to 12 tickets total per order, with a limit of four (4) Jedi Master and eight (8) Single Day and 4-Day tickets per order.
  • Prices above are inclusive of VAT and a £3.25 service fee.
  • When you receive your ticket, keep it in a safe place! You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed.
  • If you require medical accommodation onsite such as ASL services, wheelchair, or scooter rentals, please email our customer service team.

Ticket Mailing

All badges have shipped! For all those who purchased by the February 12 ticket mailing deadline, you should receive your badges in the mail before the event. For those who purchased after the ticket mailing deadline, your badges will have to be picked up at Will Call a.k.a. Onsite Pick-Up. The Onsite Pick-up location is found in the North Event Hall at N6

Currently, all Star Wars Celebration badges have shipped! For fans looking to pick up their badges on site at ExCeL London may do so at Registration, a.k.a. Will Call or Badge Pick-Up. This applies to fans who did not purchase an event ticket before the ticket mailing deadline of February 12.  Badge Pick-Up is located in North Hall 6 (N6) and hours of operations are as follows:

FAQS

Your ticket is your admission into Star Wars Celebration! Physically, your ticket will be a plastic badge which you must wear at all times while at Star Wars Celebration. It gets you through the door so you can explore all things Star Wars. Please note, your ticket to Star Wars Celebration does not include access to any item or special event requiring a separate ticket to be purchased.  

Once you have your ticket, you are bound by the rebel alliance to join us and other rebels at the show. Sorry, we do not offer refunds on any Star Wars Celebration tickets. Star Wars badges are also non-resellable and non-transferable.

Star Wars Celebration has teamed up with Lyte to create a legitimate, safe, and official ticket exchange.

Introducing “The HoloNet News Stages!” Star Wars Celebration is looking for the very best Star Wars podcasters, fan sites and media outlets from across the Galaxy to join us at the show and bring their unique programming to a live audience. We’re excited to expand upon what was once a featured space just for podcasts, to now include a wider range and higher volume of Star Wars media; giving them the opportunity to share their content with more fans in a forum that is rare and special; live and in-person with Star Wars fans from around the world.

Interested podcasters, fan sites and Star Wars-focused media outlets please stay tuned for information on applications. Approved participants will receive a Speaker badge for the duration of the show. Please note there will be no general media applications this year.

The purchase of a Star Wars Celebration badge admits one person to all basic activities at Star Wars Celebration (the “Event”) during regularly scheduled hours for the day(s) it is purchased, as space allows. This badge is subject to the full terms and conditions. All elements of the show, including special events, panels, entertainment, interactive events, photo ops, autographing and more are subject to availability. Some designated activities require pre-registration and/or payment of a separate, additional fee and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In accepting this badge and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Lucasfilm Ltd. and Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Lucasfilm Ltd., Reed Exhibitions and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of their name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Event.
