Fan Tables Application

Apply for Space for Your Fan Clubs & Organizations

There will be a limited number of booths available at Star Wars Celebration Japan for fan clubs and organizations to promote their group to other Star Wars fans and to act as a central location for club activities.  All fan clubs must go through the application and review process. Participation in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to Star Wars Celebration Japan.  All applicants will be notified of final decisions by late August 2024.

Selected fan clubs will be provided with the following:

  • 3m x 3m booth in the Exhibit Hall
  • (1) approximately 6-foot table
  • (2) chairs
  • Access to power
  • Up to (4) exhibitor badges

Clubs will be responsible for costs for any additional booth furnishings and will be asked to make specific arrangements with the facility or official decorator.

Fan club tables must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group during show hours.

  • Friday - 9:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday - 9:00 – 6:00 pm
  • Sunday - 9:00 – 4:00 pm

Fan club tables are strictly for promoting fan club activities and outreach. No club will be allowed to sell merchandise or services from their table. All free giveaways, printed materials, banners, and signage created by fan clubs must be approved by the Star Wars Celebration team before printing and creation. Fan tables with unapproved giveaways or materials will not be allowed to exhibit.
