Being a part of the Crew Team at Star Wars Celebration Europe is your chance to help deliver an unforgettable experience for Star Wars fans from all over the world. You will play a very important role in making this event fun and safe for everyone attending.
The Star Wars Celebration Europe (SWCE) Crew Team provides world class customer service, helps the show runs smoothly and ensures that everyone has a great time. It’s an excellent way for you to glimpse what life is like as a show organizer, see what goes on “behind the curtain” and contribute to a once in a lifetime experience for fans of the Star Wars Universe.
Lucasfilm and ReedPOP sincerely appreciate everyone who applies for the Crew Team and offers their time to help bring Star Wars Celebration Europe to life. This job is an important component to the success of the show and we are thrilled to offer this opportunity for our super-dedicated fans.
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older
Must be available to work the full length of Star Wars Celebration Europe (Friday April 7 - Monday April 10, 2023 from morning until evening. Hours will vary.)
Do not apply if you plan to work as an exhibitor, artist, guest or panelist at SWCE.
Must be willing to wear the appropriate Crew attire for each position. Crew members are not allowed to work in costumes.

Professionalism When you work on the Crew Team at SWCE, you represent both ReedPOP AND Lucasfilm. We expect that you will treat everyone with respect; present yourself courteously; provide a high level of customer service and always do the right thing.
Service-Oriented – Customer service experience is a HUGE plus! You must always be willing to help your fellow Crew and Staff members as well as the fans.

Note: Crew Team positions are extremely limited and all applications are subject to approval. If you were qualified as Crew for previous Star Wars Celebration shows, you are not automatically guaranteed a slot for SWCE.
