Fan Table Application

Apply for Space for Your Fan Clubs & Organizations

Bring your community to the heart of the galaxy! Star Wars Celebration is all about fans, and we’re excited to once again offer a limited number of tables for fan clubs & organizations to connect with fellow fans, showcase club activities, and recruit new members. Where you’re showcasing group cosplay or a passion for collecting, celebrating a favorite character, or promoting a charity initiative, this is your chance to share what makes your corner of the Star Wars galaxy special.

How to Apply:

All fan clubs must complete the application and review process. Participation in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles.

Applications will close on Sunday, October 25, 2026 11:59 PM PT. All applicants will be notified of their application status by late November 2026.

What’s Included & Important Guidelines:

Selected fan clubs will be provided with the following:

  • (1) approximately 6-foot table
  • (2) chairs
  • Up to (4) exhibitor badges

Clubs will be responsible for costs for any additional booth furnishings and will be asked to make specific arrangements with the facility or official decorator.

Your fan club table is your community’s home base during the event, so each fan club table must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group during Show Floor/Exhibit Hall hours.
